Michael Rudnick:

Michael has over thirty years working with computers and technology. He has held positions as a programmer, systems programmer, training instructor, and consultant in several companies including Allendale Insurance (now FM Global) and McGraw-Hill. He has taught computer classes at Bryant College, Bristol Community College and Learning Connection. Michael has extensive expertise in workstations and servers, hardware and software, including system configuration and troubleshooting. He has a BS in Computer Science and a Masters in Education in Human Resource Education.

Michelle Barbieri:

The essential "inside" person, Michelle handles equipment research, quotes and ordering in addition to keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. She has been with us since 1997, after having worked for twelve years at a Massachusetts non-profit agency where she was instrumental in computerizing the office.

Ben Hall

Ben brings over 15 years of technology sales and business management experience to RCC.  Having been in direct sales and management roles for competitive local exchange companies (CLEC's) such as One Communications he has a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry and how it can impact a business's bottom line.  With a strong working knowledge of ISP technology, contracts, and pricing Ben established and grew a small consulting firm with offices in both central Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  Over a six year period Ben's company has engaged and serviced over 400 New England New England based businesses.  He has sold phone systems, VOIP systems, internet access (DSL, T-1, etc.) and wireless cell phones. Ben also documents over 100 hours of focus training bridging multiple companies such as Verizon and MBNA. RCC merged with Ben's company to capitalize on his experience helping businesses cut the costs of their telephone, internet, and wireless cell phone bills.  This savings may now be reinvested into a technology development strategy to increase an organizations efficiency and top-line growth.  Ben grew up in Maine and originally went to school to be a teacher. Lee O'Connor:

Lee has been in the Information Systems field for over 12 years. She gained most of her experience hands-on with various IS positions over the years, along with many Micro-Computing Courses at CCRI. She has worked as a computer operator and supervisor in the mainframe environment, PC Coordinator and Technical Support Associate. She worked for nearly 16 years with Ann & Hope; her strongest contribution was her exceptional end-user support. She has supported over 300 users and implemented and maintained a history of all Help Desk issues for Ann & Hope Outlet Shops. Lee is very detail oriented and possesses strong troubleshooting skills with PCs, printers and radio frequency equipment.

John Redmond:

John has been in Information Technology for twelve years, starting in Desktop Support and progressing to server and network administration and into management. He has held positions as a Desktop Technician, Network Administrator, Webmaster, Network Manager, and Manager of Information Systems. He was the technology leader for a multi-state engineering firm and for a public school district with 1500 computers and 3000 users. John is well versed in hardware, software, security administration, and applying best practices at all levels of the organization. John has trained in Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell systems. He has designed and built complex computer systems for clients and for fun.

Peter Shubitowski:

Peter has been in Information Technology management for 15 years.  His diverse experience includes the management of complex network systems spanning multiple states and the integration of technologies and data across numerous platforms and topologies in a wide variety of industries.  His role in IT from the beginning has always been as manager of every department or project he has been involved with.  He has 7 years' experience as the Manager of Information Technology in the private sector including 5 years heading an IT Department for a Fortune 500 company.  With this IT Management experience, 8 years of experience as an IT consultant, coupled with his years of experience as an inventory and purchasing analyst in the manufacturing industry, Peter brings with him not only IT Management expertise, but a level of experience in business processes, budgeting, human resources, and contract negotiation rare in this industry.

Nghia has been employed in the computer industry for the last eight years, providing technical support in residential and small businesses where he started as a technician. The cornerstone of his career has been a passion and dedication to providing outstanding customer service working with customer to resolve their issues in a timely and proficient manner.
