Michael Rudnick

Michael Rudnick

President

Michael has over forty years working with computers and technology. He has held positions as a programmer, systems programmer, training instructor, and consultant in several companies including Allendale Insurance (now FM Global) and McGraw-Hill. He has taught computer classes at Bryant College, Bristol Community College and Learning Connection. Michael has extensive expertise in workstations and servers, hardware and software, including system configuration and troubleshooting. He has a BS in Computer Science and a Masters in Education in Human Resource Education.


John Redmond

John Redmond

Senior Technology Consultant

John has been in Information Technology since 1995, starting in Desktop Support and progressing to server and network administration and into management. Since 1996 he has held positions as a Desktop Technician, Network Administrator, Webmaster, Network Manager, and Manager of Information Systems up until 2003 with a multi-state engineering firm with headquarters in Boston. He was the technology leader for a Rhode Island public school district with 1500 computers and 3000 users from 2003 until 2007 before coming onboard with RCC. John is well versed in hardware, software, security administration, and applying best practices at all levels of the organization. John has trained in Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell systems. He has designed and built complex computer systems for clients and for fun.


Peter Shubitowski

Peter has been in Information Technology management since 1995. His diverse experience includes the management of complex network systems spanning multiple states and the integration of technologies and data across numerous platforms and topologies in a wide variety of industries. His role in IT from the beginning has always been as manager of every department or project he has been involved with. He has 7 years' experience as the Manager of Information Technology in the private sector including 5 years heading an IT Department for a Fortune 500 company. With this IT Management experience, 13 years of experience as an IT consultant, coupled with his years of experience as an inventory and purchasing analyst in the manufacturing industry, Peter brings with him not only IT Management expertise, but a level of experience in business processes, budgeting, human resources, and contract negotiation rare in this industry.


Lee O’Connor

Lee has been in the Information Systems field for over 16 years. She gained most of her experience hands-on with various IS positions over the years, along with many Micro-Computing Courses at CCRI. She has worked as a computer operator and supervisor in the mainframe environment, PC Coordinator and Technical Support Associate. She worked for nearly 16 years with Ann & Hope; her strongest contribution was her exceptional end-user support. She has supported over 300 users and implemented and maintained a history of all Help Desk issues for Ann & Hope Outlet Shops. Lee is very detail oriented and possesses strong troubleshooting skills with PCs, printers and radio frequency equipment.


Tom Bastianelli

Tom has been in the Information Technology field for over 5 years. He started out working for New England Tech's IT department while pursuing his degree there in Network Engineering. From there he moved onto TowerStream, a wireless internet provider, and joined their wireless engineering team. They managed 2600+ wireless access points across Manhattan. After that he worked as a contractor for Wagner Motor Group, taking care of all of their dealerships' technology needs. Tom is energetic and enthusiastic about fixing computers and making sure the client's needs are met.


Carlos Fortich

Carlos has been in Information Technology since 2009. Before coming to RCC, he managed the IT operations for a local non-profit for 6 years, overseeing the needs of their two locations. He received his technical education from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and holds certifications for CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Network +, and CompTIA A+. Carlos has a thorough understanding of workstations and their software. He brings with him a dedication to resolving client issues efficiently and making sure all their needs are met.


Adam Dickinson

Adam has over 9 years of customer service and support experience across a variety of industries. He previously worked as a field technician where he was responsible for the installation and maintenance and troubleshooting of proprietary equipment. Adam has also been in a supervisory position where he was instrumental in conflict resolution and service to both internal and external customers. He has an innate interest in technology and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.


Kevin Llerena

Kevin Llerena has been in Customer Service for the past 9 years within several different industries. Most recently, he spent 5 years at Rhode Island Hospital assisting patients and making sure their needs were met. He brings with him a natural aptitude for technology, quickly learning complex technical topics. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Computer Networking. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Andrew Massey

Andrew Massey

Service Coordinator

Andrew has been working in the Customer Service industry since 2004. Starting out in retail, he moved up to front-end technical support in 2005, and has been working with technology since. He worked for six years at Rhode Island College's student helpdesk, interacting with clients via phone or in-person, before eventually moving on to CVS' Retail Store Support Center, supporting CVS stores across the nation. Now he takes calls at RCC and ensures client's needs are met and their tickets are resolved quickly.


Michelle Barbieri

Michelle Barbieri

Office Manager

Michelle has been with RCC since 1997 and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. She works with Administration, Sales and Service to ensure that purchases and service calls are completed in a professional and timely manner. She handles all bookkeeping, payroll and reporting functions. Previously, Michelle worked as an Administrative Assistant for a Massachusetts non-profit agency.


Christine Zorra

Billing Manager

Christine handles the client billing and performs some marketing tasks for RCC. Christine has over 10 years of experience in billing, collections and tracking of insurance related information. Christine is detail oriented and ensures every client is responded to promptly.


Katie Ramm

Katie Ramm

Office Assistant

Katie has been working in administration, customer services and sales for over 12 years. She assists RCC’s Administrative Staff to ensure that things are run smoothly and efficiently. Prior to coming to RCC, Katie worked as a Licensed Insurance Producer at a local Insurance Agency where she sold Property and Casualty Insurance. Katie graduated from University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Marketing.
