We are currently hiring for the position of a Helpdesk/Desktop Support tech. This is an entry level position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support either remotely or on-site for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Install and modify computer hardware, software and peripherals.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
