Michael Rudnick

Michael Rudnick

President

Michael has over forty years working with computers and technology. He has held positions as a programmer, systems programmer, training instructor, and consultant in several companies including Allendale Insurance (now FM Global) and McGraw-Hill. He has taught computer classes at Bryant College, Bristol Community College and Learning Connection. Michael has extensive expertise in workstations and servers, hardware and software, including system configuration and troubleshooting. He has a BS in Computer Science and a Masters in Education in Human Resource Education.


Peter Shubitowski

Peter Shubitowski

Business Manager

Peter has been in Information Technology management since 1995. After 7 years of IT management, Peter entered the consulting field and has been a Senior Technology Consultant with RCC since 2006. Coupled with his experience in inventory control and purchasing analysis, Peter brings with him not only IT management expertise, but a level of experience in business processes, budgeting, human resources, and contract negotiation rare in this industry. Peter enjoys music, sports, cooking, and babysitting his grandchildren.


John Redmond

John Redmond

Senior Technology Consultant

John has been in Information Technology since 1995, starting in Desktop Support and progressing to server and network administration and into management. Since 1996 he has held positions as a Desktop Technician, Network Administrator, Webmaster, Network Manager, and Manager of Information Systems up until 2003 with a multi-state engineering firm with headquarters in Boston. He was the technology leader for a Rhode Island public school district with 1500 computers and 3000 users from 2003 until 2007 before coming onboard with RCC. John is well versed in hardware, software, security administration, and applying best practices at all levels of the organization. John has trained in Microsoft, Cisco, and Novell systems. He has designed and built complex computer systems for clients and for fun.


Carlos Fortich

Senior Technology Consultant

Carlos has been in Information Technology since 2009. Before coming to RCC, he managed the IT operations for a local non-profit for 6 years, overseeing the needs of their two locations. He received his technical education from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and holds certifications for CompTIA Security +, CompTIA Network +, and CompTIA A+. Carlos has a thorough understanding of workstations and their software. He brings with him a dedication to resolving client issues efficiently and making sure all their needs are met.


Lee O’Connor

Lee O’Connor

Technology Consultant

Lee has been in the Information Systems field for over 16 years. She gained most of her experience hands-on with various IS positions over the years, along with many Micro-Computing Courses at CCRI. She has worked as a computer operator and supervisor in the mainframe environment, PC Coordinator and Technical Support Associate. She worked for nearly 16 years with Ann & Hope; her strongest contribution was her exceptional end-user support. She has supported over 300 users and implemented and maintained a history of all Help Desk issues for Ann & Hope Outlet Shops. Lee is very detail oriented and possesses strong troubleshooting skills with PCs, printers and radio frequency equipment.


Kevin Llerena

Kevin Llerena has been in Customer Service and IT for over a decade. In that time, he has worked for Rhode Island Hospital, Hasbro, and more. Kevin started with RCC in 2016 in our Helpdesk but outgrew that role a year and a half later. He has a natural aptitude for technology and quickly learns complex technical topics. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in Computer Networking. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Josh Breedon

Josh Breedon

Technology Consultant

Josh has been tinkering with technology for as long as he can remember. He always had the latest technology and spent his days learning as much as he could about it. He graduated from Gibbs College with a degree in Computer Networking. After that, Josh worked for Cox’s technical support department. He was there for 5 years assisting customers with their cable and internet issues before moving on to CVS Health. Along with his degree, Josh also has his A+ Certification.


Adam Kim

Adam Kim

Technology Consultant

Adam has been with RCC since August of 2020. Prior to working at RCC, he worked as a field technician for a cyber-security provider. While living in Florida, Adam worked the Help Desk providing support to students as well as teachers. In addition, Adam was also a cast member at Disney World, interacting with many different people and providing customer resolutions. He currently attends Daytona State College pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, while simultaneously pursuing his CompTIA A+ certification. In his spare time, he enjoys building computers and playing video games.


Edwin Montenegro

Edwin Montenegro

Technology Consultant

Edwin is the newest member of the RCC team and works the help desk. He enjoys helping other people whenever he can. Edwin is a graduate of Year Up (an 11-month college program dedicated to teaching young adults the skills required to succeed in a professional environment). There he gained his IT and communication skills. During his six-month internship at Bank Newport, he worked the help desk for the IT department where he gained valuable experience. In his free time, he enjoys building PCs for his friends or himself, and playing video games.


Joan Costa

Joan Costa

Business Development Manager

Joan Costa has over 30 years of professional experience. After she graduated from Bryant University with a Marketing Degree, she was the Promotion Director at 92 PRO-FM for 5 years. She then worked for IBM for 22 years in their partner organization as a Business Development Executive. Since 2018, Joan has handled Sales and Business Development for RCC. It's her goal to help local companies focus on their business while RCC takes care of their IT needs.


Christine Zorra

Christine Zorra

Billing Manager

Christine handles client billing and setting up client contracts. She also processes all receivables. Christine has over 15 years of experience in billing, collections and tracking of insurance related information.

Christine is detail oriented and ensures every client is responded to in a timely manner. When not at work, Christine likes to spend time with her family.


Michelle Barbieri

Michelle Barbieri

Office Manager

Michelle has been with RCC since 1997, as the first employee hired. She began as a part-time office assistant, occasionally going out on service calls. As the company grew, other staff was hired to take on some of her duties and her role has expanded to encompass office management, bookkeeping, Human Resources and keeping the website updated. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys gardening (both indoors and out), reading (especially non-fiction and memoirs), bird watching and listening to Country Music radio.


Katie Ramm

Katie Ramm

Client Services

Katie has been with RCC since 2017. Katie manages and assists our clients with many aspects of their technology needs: new hardware/software quotes, warranty and licensing renewals and upgrades of outdated equipment. Katie maintains relationships with all of RCC’s vendors and handles any issues that may arise regarding purchasing/procurement.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys cooking, reading, skiing, tennis, and coaching girls lacrosse.
