Ever since RCC took over, our systems are working so much better. RCC identified problems and a potential for disaster that our previous company either ignored or didn’t bother to identify. Their remote support is great, which not only saves us on the cost of travel, but it gets us faster support than waiting for a tech to arrive. They are also very good at communicating with me when they encounter issues outside of the original scope of work, so I can approve and plan for the expense.
