RCC’s VoIP system means we stay up even when our power and Internet go down. It has contingencies to make sure your customers can reach you no matter what. Recently, we had several storms that knocked out the Internet and we were all able to receive calls the entire day.
The clarity on the HD phones is a vast improvement over our previous VoIP as well as the functionality and features of the phones. The customer service is top notch, and the onboard/implementation staff are incredible.
